*Haringey Borough - promoted to Isthmian League Division One North
The following 2 clubs joined the league -
*Burnham Ramblers - relegated from Isthmian League Division One North
*Wadham Lodge - promoted from Essex Olympian League Premier Division
In addition, Greenhouse London changed their name to Greenhouse Sports.
